I usually post a song I am digging on Monday--but this week I am going to do something a little different.

Recently I have been experiencing some back pain as well as some other symptoms associated with endometriosis. Because sitting for long periods of time at my computer desk seems to aggravate my pain, I am going to start including yoga into my work routine. 

If you are a regular reader of my blog then you already know the risks associated with sitting for periods of long time (and how much of an advocate I am for solo dance parties.) In addition to incorporating frequent dance breaks into your work routine, I also recommend taking yoga breaks. Youtube is a great source of free yoga videos that cater to all types of skill levels. 

Here is a video I did today that was very easy, relaxing, and only 20 minutes long.
